What do you think of berets?

… You know those french hats that sit on the side of your head.

I only ask because my sons are page boys at my sister’s wedding in under two weeks time and … well… (I hope my sister isn’t reading this) …

The oldest stuck a BIG piece of sticky tape to his brother’s head…as you do of course.  Unbeknownst to me the two of them snuck off and the youngest one cut the tape out removing a large chunk of his hair with it.

Deep breaths.

Rest assured the offenders have been sent to bed early!!!

So what do you think?  How would a beret go with a suit??   They sit nicely to one side so it would cover the bald spot well.    Do you think my sister will notice the addition to her meticulously planned outfits?

How fast does hair grow?  Would it be wrong to pray for speedy hair growth??

Oh well I suppose I can plead revenge.  My sister, who was a bridesmaid at my wedding…many years ago…broke her leg one week before my wedding.  We had to disguise her stark white plaster cast with a coloured bandage that matched our dresses and I made her hobble down that aisle.

So a bald spot on the side of her youngest page boy’s head isn’t too horrific…is it??
