“Everybody Poos”

13 Apr

Since my toddler babysitting gig, you can see that my book focus has changed somewhat.

Now, instead of reading books about revolutions and discoveries and exploration, we are reading books about poo.

Oh, how we have fallen.

But to little Miss Two, this is a fascinating book.

We know, because each of us have had to read it to her multiple times.

We’ve read it soooo many times that she’s memorised it word for word and can ‘read’ it for herself now

(although she prefers for us to read it, if we’re around).

This book is at the perfect level for a toddler.

Bright colourful pictures, only a few words per page, and on a topic that they are intensely curious about.

Check it out for yourself.

Or ask me – I’ve sadly got the whole thing memorised as well.

Is it weird, that every time I come here, when I see Everybody Poos, Everybody Hurts by REM plays through my head 😀
